This group's purpose really is to act as a gallery for the Cosplay New Zealand forums, so if you want to be where the real action is please visit the forums --> [link]

Just a reminder
Make sure you are putting your deviations into the correct folder. As in CNZ meet-up photos are in CNZ Meet-ups, photos from events like Auckland Armageddon go into the Events folder, etc.
Member Profiles and Group Profiles have forms in the side of the folder main page that you need to fill out before submitting it in. Make sure you have filled those out!

Welcome to #CosplayNewZealand

Down here's our own little dA hideaway for kiwi cosplayers alike - so come on in, sit down, and take a browse through our galleries. ;) If you haven't already, we highly recommend you sign up at our corner of the internet - [link] - the Cosplay New Zealand forums.

So how does this whole shebang work? You may notice we have five main galleries (excluding the featured gallery) - Member profiles, Group profiles, Cosplay Memes, CNZ Events, and Award Winners. Inside each gallery you'll see an explanation as to how the individual gallery works, so please do take a read through before you submit, as there are some limitations in some of the galleries.

"Submitting? How might I do that?", you ask? Simply submit a new deviation as you normally would, and when faced with the "Submit to Group" option, choose #cosplaynewzealand, and then the appropriate gallery for the submission.

If there's an NZ Cosplay related deviation you love, but isn't related to any of the above galleries, then suggest it as a favourite for us - we want to make sure that we don't flood people's inboxes, so favouriting all those other deviations makes them easy for people to find and admire without drowning in their inboxes first! ;)

More than anything, we hope you have fun here, and if you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to note a group administrator at any time.

cool! I dunno who im going as yet... if my cosplay group is coming, then we are a Pandora Hearts group, or potentially Vampire Knight group.
If they aren't coming, I might come as chi from chobits.

Hello there peoples! I'm looking for steampunky volunteers who'd like to appear in our music video for the song "Dignity". We'll be green-screening you into a world of titanic steam factories and a ship that sails through outer space...

The filming date would be the 17th of December, at a studio near central Auckland. We're especially looking for an Explorer, a Ship's Captain (a mechanical eye-patch would be awesome!) and any kiddies who like to dress up!
